An athlete with 20/20 vision does not mean they are performing their highest ability as sport performance relies also on hand-eye coordination, reaction time, and depth perception.

Along with strength training, proper nutrition, and sleep, we believe sports vision training is key in helping you reach your peak performance in sports. Certain visual skills can be improved and enhanced, allowing you to gain a competitive edge over your opponents. Sports vision therapy can improve the following athletic skills:
